We love zucchini bread in this house. This recipe has been in the LeFebre family for a long long time. Family, friends, and neighbors have all had the privilege of tasting this bread at some point, whether we gifted a loaf to you or you had it at our parties. All I can say is YOU'RE WELCOME!
Two large zucchini equals approximately 2 cups of chopped zucchini. You can chop more at one time, and freeze the zucchini you don't use. Then you'll already have it made for the next time you make zucchini bread.
