I had gained around 45 lb during my pregnancy with Elin. Fortunately I was able to lose a large amount of that in my first year postpartum, but I just couldn't seem to shed the last bit with my current lifestyle. So this is where Whole 30 came in. Bjorn and I decided to do it together and I'm sharing some of my thoughts and favorite recipes!
