I have the PICKIEST two and a half year old. I cannot get this girl to eat fruit and vegetables to save my life. However! She does love popsicles. So I decided to create one that she would eat and would make me feel good giving it to her. Here is the recipe:
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen spinach
1 cup orange juice
1 banana
1/2 cup strawberry yogurt
Blend everything together and pour into a popsicle mold. I used this one from Amazon. Your toddler will love it!
