Recipe: My Favorite Green Smoothie



My current daily green smoothie to give me some quick nutrients!


*fresh ginger

*frozen pineapple

*frozen banana

*coconut water

*spinach

*splash of coconut milk


I prefer to go heavy on the spinach and ginger. The coconut milk makes it taste a little like a beach drink. :) Enjoy!
