How I Combat Dry Skin

My skin has taken a beating this winter. My entire body is just so much more dry than I've noticed in the past...literally from my head to my feet! Here are some things I've been using to help with my dry skin:

Head/Scalp:

What I've been using to help with my dandruff: Dove DermaCare Scalp shampoo.

Face/Neck:

These three items have been my savior. A good scrub is going to strip away all the dead cells and will immediately leave you with softer skin. This is going to help whatever topical you follow with be absorbed better. I use this Micro-Dermabrasion Paste on my face, neck, and chest twice a week (I use my regular exfoliating face wash on the other days). After exfoliating I use a potent serum. Serums are known for their active ingredients that target a specific concern...this serum specifically is for dry skin. The Active Hydration Serum is boosting my skin's hydration by 200%. It honestly feels amazing. It works all day long by pulling moisture from the air to hydrate your skin. I literally don't have enough good things to say about it. It's a splurge, I get that. But hydrated skin is automatically going to make your skin look younger and so it's an investment that has become necessary for me! I have also been using Body Replenish (body cream) for my neck, chest, and arms every night. So luxurious and moisturizing. The reviews on all three of these products are insane and I can't say enough good things about them myself. I samples of all of these if you are interested in trying!

Lips:

There is nothing that will reverse chapped lips OR prevent chapped lips better than Carmex. Click here to shop.

Legs:

My legs are my largest body part...they are long! And they use up a lot of lotion. I tried to recommend something that made a difference for me but also was a good price point because I DO use so much of it for my legs. Have loved using CeraVe for years.

Feet:

My feet are just sad. My mom always said I was a pretty girl but I had the ugliest feet...and I don't disagree with her about my feet. They are so dry, all the time. I've had a lot of success with Kerasol products. Its such a concentrated ointment but when I put it on before bed and wear socks, I notice a HUGE improvement after just one use.
